Refunds

We offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• You have selected the wrong size, and did not tell us to change it before it was shipped

*You can submit refund requests within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Any claims made outside of this time frame will not be accepted. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page or emailing us at info@yokaiave.com  

Order Cancelation: 

You can cancel your order 24 hours after it has been purchased. Please note that orders cannot be canceled beyond 12 hours after purchase due to the commencement of the production process and shipping process for your selected products.
